$550 per week + cleaning fee. Discount offered for bookings longer than 3 weeks.

Summer rates $700 per week + cleaning fee.

We prefer quiet mature adults with a maximum of 2 residents.

References and signing of a rental agreement is required.

Damage deposit and cleaning fee* is required.

Positively No Smoking allowed.

Sorry no pets allowed.
